Shipping Information

American Wheel Guys partners with trusted third-party carriers to provide nationwide delivery. Most home deliveries are completed within 7–9 business days, though actual transit times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and the carrier’s schedule.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or regional demand.

 

Shipping Terms

American Wheel Guys is not responsible for lost, misplaced, delayed, or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to the freight carrier.

We cannot be held liable for packages that show delivery confirmation to the address provided by the customer but are lost or stolen after delivery. In such cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the carrier for any lost or damaged shipments.

American Wheel Guys is also not responsible for carrier delivery errors or for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.

Check for Damages

Upon delivery or pickup, please carefully inspect your complete set of wheels and/or tires before signing any documents. If you notice any damage, make detailed notes on the Bill of Lading prior to signing and accepting the shipment. We also recommend taking clear photos of any damage at the time of delivery. Damaged items should not be installed if you wish to request an exchange for replacement products.
